Priscilla The Musical Hits The West End.
On Monday 23rd March ‘09 Priscilla Queen of the Desert the Musical opened in London’s West End.
The stage performance is an adaptation of the Australian movie, starring Guy Pearce, Hugo Weaving and Terence Stamp. The movie follows the exploits of two drag queens and a transexual who travel across the Australian outback on a old bus, to perform a drag show in the middle of the Australian bush.
The Stage show version of Priscilla has some pretty big name stars, such as Jason Donovan, Clive Carter, Tony Sheldon and Oliver Thornton.
Priscilla Queen of The Desert - The Musical will be taking bookings until the 26th of September 2009, at the West Ends Palace Theatre.
Parental Guidance is recommended for any child aged 16 or under, due to strong, possibly inappropriate language.
